Marketing Activities

Zolotaya Seredina’s team develop and carry out full-scale advertising campaigns for our partners. Our company is staffed with all the necessary specialists that are perfectly able to implement any—even the most creative—ideas. Our marketing services within the framework of the loyalty programme management include the following activities:

Defining the strategy of developing the loyalty programme for our partner for a certain period

Planning promotional events, monitoring the LP’s performance, and making adjustments to the strategy if necessary.

Creating content for the Customer's web-site, social networks, third-party web-pages and personal mailings, as well as for off-line advertising

Writing all the necessary texts, designing and developing web-pages, as well as creating video/photo content.

Determining the rules of promotional events (campaigns)

The rules are developed on the basis of assignments received from project managers. The rules can be finalised only after gaining the partner’s approval and setting a time frame for the campaign.

Providing PR support for all your marketing activities

Within the scope of this function, our PR specialists establish and maintain relations with mass media, conduct promotional events, support corporate relations (promoting corporate policies), lobby our partners’ interests during meetings with government officials and legislators, draw up recommendations regarding the topical issues that concern the reputation of the Customer’s company, plan PR activities, and control information distribution.

Supporting communication processes

Ensuring proper communication both with our partner’s buyers/customers (online, offline, electronic communications, and MO-LO) and with employees.
